How We Generate Business Together
From day one, you’ll be set up to succeed without cold prospecting your family, buying expensive ads, or relying on traditional methods that rarely work. Instead, we use three highly effective lead sources:

Neighborhood Outreach
You’ll reach out to homeowners in specific neighborhoods with a light offer: a free ticket to one of our seller or buyer workshops. You invite them, register them, and I handle the event. Afterward, those leads come back to you.

Retiring Agent Referrals
I negotiate agreements with veteran agents who are winding down their business. You’ll call their clients, introduce yourself, and invite them to our workshops or events. These are warm introductions from trusted relationships.

My Personal Database
I’ve built a database over more than 10 years. You’ll call past clients, old buyer and seller leads, and invite them to our workshops and client events. These are proven, responsive lists that drive real conversations.
Think of it this way: your job is simply to invite people to a party. Whether it’s a client appreciation night or one of our seller workshops, your role is to get them in the room. I’ll take it from there—present, overcome objections, and close. Then I hand the client back to you to manage the deal.
Your Role and Earning Potential
- Appointments you set = your clients.
- I’ll close the listing or buyer agreement with you.
- You handle 90% of the transaction, and I step in for tougher issues.
- Typical commission to you: around $5,000 per closing.
- Sell just 2 homes a month, and you’re on track for $10,000 per month or $120,000 per year.
This is a real apprenticeship. You’ll learn the business by doing it, with me as your mentor.
